  • 60 ml (2 oz) pineapple juice
  • 30 ml (1 oz) grapefruit juice
  • 30 ml (1 oz) orange juice
  • Soda club
  • Ice
  • 1 lime wedge
Preparation

In the shaker

In a shaker filled with ice cubes, combine the Kanon spiced rum, pineapple juice, and grapefruit juice.

Add the orange juice.

Shake vigorously for 8 to 10 seconds.

Strain the contents of the shaker into a highball glass containing a few ice cubes using an ice strainer.

Top up with club soda.

Garnish with a lime wedge.
