INGREDIENTS
Servings 4 glasses
250ml (1 cup) maple condensed milk
250ml (1 cup) evaporated milk
250ml (1 cup) coconut cream
15ml (1 tbsp) vanilla extract
5ml (1 tsp) ground cinnamon
5ml (1 tsp) ground nutmeg
250ml (1 cup) aged acerum from Distillerie Mitis
4 cinnamon sticks for garnish
PREPARATION
Bring the maple condensed milk, evaporated milk, coconut cream, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and nutmeg to a boil, then reduce heat to low.
Simmer for 15 minutes, then remove from heat and let stand for about 1 hour. Add the acerum and stir.
Serve in ice-filled glasses and garnish with a cinnamon stick.
