  • 60 ml (2 oz) Kanon Spiced Rum
  • 120 ml (4 oz) pineapple juice
  • 20 ml (2/3 oz) lime juice
  • 3 or 4 drops of Angostura bitters
  • Ice
  • 1 lime wedge
Preparation

In the shaker

In a shaker filled with ice cubes, pour all the ingredients.

Shake vigorously for 8 to 10 seconds.

Strain the contents of the shaker into a highball glass using an ice strainer.

Garnish with a lime wedge.
