1 1/2 ounces Mugo gin
3/4 ounce simple syrup
3/4 ounce lemon juice
6 basil leaves
4 mint leaves
PREPARATION/ In a shaker, crush the basil leaves, add the ice and all the ingredients.
/ Shake vigorously, filter through a strainer and serve in an old-fashioned glass.
Preparation of the syrup
1. Add 250 ml of water with 1 cup of white sugar. Heat while stirring to dissolve the sugar. Do not bring to a boil.
2. Store in the refrigerator for about 1 week.
