1 ounce of Mugo Gin from Mitis Distillery
1 ounce cranberry juice
½ ounce of maple syrup from Ma Cabane en Gaspésie
2 ounces ginger beer 1642
Ice cubes
PREPARATION
/ In a shaker containing the ice cubes, add gin, cranberry juice and syrup.
/ Shake for 8 to 10 seconds.
/ In a glass containing ice cubes, empty the contents of the shaker.
/ Add the 2 ounces of ginger beer 1642 in the serving glass.
/ Mix gently with a spoon.
Be careful, ginger beer is very spicy.
