2 ounces of Mugo Gin from Mitis Distillery
¾ ounce of grappa
1 ounce of lime juice
1 ounce sugar cane syrup or 1 tablespoon white sugar
A handful of wild rose petals (optional)
/ Dip the rim of the glass in lime juice, then in a little sugar garnished with small fragments of rose petals.
/ Mix all the ingredients in a shaker filled with ice, shaking vigorously.
/ Pass through a sieve, letting a few pieces of petals pass through.
