Creamy acerum with spices

Acerum crémeux aux épices

INGREDIENTS

1.5 oz barrel-aged Acerum
0.5 oz fall spice syrup (see recipe below)
0.5 oz 15% table cream

PREPARATION

/ Simply mix all the ingredients with a spoon in a glass with some ice and enjoy.

AUTUMN SPICE SYRUP
A syrup infused with different spices that will give a little autumnal taste to your cocktails or even your lattes.
- 2 cups of water
- 1 cup of white sugar
- 1 cup of brown sugar
- 3 cinnamon sticks
- 1 whole nutmeg
- 5-6 cardamom pods
- 2 tbsp. teaspoon cloves
