Distillerie Mitis is proud to offer a true, fully fermented rum, distilled and aged in barrels at the entrance to the Gaspé Peninsula, natural with no added sugar or coloring. The fancy molasses is fermented at low temperatures to accentuate the flavors, distilled twice, and aged in oak barrels previously used for bourbon production in a cellar whose temperature varies with the seasons. Honeyed and with hints of caramel, it is distinguished by its smoothness and refinement. Nordic Rum is very easy to enjoy without artifice and will be your ally in the preparation of your favorite cocktails.
