Acerum is a spirit made entirely from 100% locally sourced maple syrup. It showcases the syrup from Ma Cabane in Gaspésie. To create it, the maple syrup is transformed into alcohol in accordance with the Acerum appellation of Quebec. Once distilled, this spirit is aged in oak barrels to give it the desired roundness and body. Woody and refined, with light notes of maple but without being sweet, Acerum is an elegant spirit that will charm you during your tastings with friends.
