Cucumber Gin

Gin Concombre


2 ounces of Mugo Gin from Mitis Distillery
3/4 ounce simple syrup
1/2 ounce lime juice
2 ounces elderflower tonic 1642
3 slices of cucumber
Ice cubes


/ In a shaker containing the ice cubes, add all the ingredients except 1642.
/ Shake for 20 seconds.
/ In a glass containing ice cubes, filter the content using a strainer and add the 1642 elderflower.
